5 steps to duplicate success

Successful people know that in order to be successful they need to model from those who have already succeeded in obtaining their goals.
Success is subjective, as its definition is different to everyone.

To get duplication of success, people seek a coach or mentor with the necessary skills that they wish to develop.
This coach or mentor has had success passing on their knowledge to other people who have got results from their teachings.

In network marketing, there is a saying “It doesn’t matter what works. It only matters what duplicates.”

Which means, if you or your team can not easily duplicate the results, they’re not going to succeed.

If what you’ve been taught it too complex or you have not been provided with adequate information to take you from your current state to incoming producing activities, then you’ll be sure to give up on yourself.

The best method is the “K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid)” principle.

There needs to be a simple system that people can follow that is easily duplicatable.

Here are 5 ways to copy from successful people:

1. Surround yourself with successful people.

One of the greatest sayings from one of my mentors is: “You don’t know what you do not know“. As profound as that sounds, we can not assume that you know everything.

The best way to develop the skills to make a person successful is to surround themselves with successful people that are willing to pass their knowledge on.

You can meet successful people online, in person or consume their training content.

Social media is the best place to start, a simple Google search will provide a list of coaches, mentors or consultants within a chosen niche.
When following these people on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, etc they’re are opening themselves up to their world.

As a result, their energy, inspiration, and motivation are contagious and powerful enough to inspire anyone to take charge and move towards their first breakthrough.

2. Watch what successful people do.

Successful people’s morning routines will usually vary from person to person.

Some are more productive first thing early in the morning and some prefer to be working late at night.

No matter what the time of day, they all have the same focus on income producing activities.

If people are spinning your wheels and not getting any traction than they’re moving further away from their goals.

If their world is ruled by negative self-talk and their mindset is not dedicated to going all in with implementing everything that they’ve learned that they’re likely to never reach their targets.

By researching, watching and emulating a successful person’s habits, an individual can develop the same habits from this person which is a necessary ingredient to success.

3. Learn who the successful people are learning from.

A successful person’s experiences are ones of up’s and down’s. On paper or online you’ll never see the years of learning, dedications and habits instilled into this person that has helped them reach greatness.

Behind the scenes, successful people are constantly learning. They’re seeking out the greats and improving upon the skillset.

TIP: If you see a leader within your industry with a skillset that you wish to learn. Reach out to them for advice on where to learn the skill.

The chances are that they’ll be willing to provide the coach or mentor that got them started or recommend a great resource to help you out.

4. Emulate successful people’s habits.

Successful people’s daily habits usually consist of income-producing activities.

If you are consistently providing VALUE to the world, then you’ll begin to build more trust with your audience.
People do business with people that they know, like and trust.

Here are 3 ways to develop winning habits

a) Make A Plan – By creating a plan, successful people become masters of their own destiny.

They plan for obstacles, know their challenges and can prepare for the solutions.

b) Embrace Failure – A failure is never a mistake, only a lesson.

When this sentence is truly understood, a person would never get bogged own making themselves feel bad for something that didn’t quite turn out just as they imagined.

Instead of punishing themselves or blaming others, they take everything in stride, in order to keep a positive direction forward and look at the situation as a lesson to learn from.

c) Self-Education – A common misconception that most people have is that successful people are egotistical, or “have it all figured out.”

The truth is, most successful people are often the complete opposite.
They do what others aren’t willing to do by being willing to learn and grow.

They are always on the lookout for the next thing that will improve their skill set.

5. Get a coach or mentor to learn from.

The fastest way to get from where you are currently to where you see yourself in the future is to get a coach or mentor to help speed up the journey.

Learning from a coach or mentor, you can take advantage of learning from all of their failures and implement their teachings to fast-track your success.

By taking the journey yourself, you can add on years if not decades
